Buying a used Concept 2 rower raises the same handful of questions every time. Here they are, answered the way we would answer them by email.

Are these genuine Concept 2 machines, or clones? +

Genuine Concept 2, every one. RowErg, Model D, Model E, Dynamic, SkiErg and BikeErg, the same machines that sell new in Australia for $1,705 to $2,145.

What's included in the price? +

The machine, its PM5 monitor and device holder, and GST. Delivery is quoted separately by postcode.

Can I see and try it before I pay? +

Yes. Pickup from the workshop is by appointment, and interstate buyers can ask for a video walkaround of the exact unit.

How much is delivery, and how long does it take? +

Metro delivery usually lands in 3 to 7 business days. Machines travel in two pieces and go back together in minutes.

What happens if something isn't right on arrival? +

Do you buy machines, or take trade-ins? +

Yes. Send photos, the model and a rough estimate of metres to info@concept2fitness.com and we will make an offer.
