Concept 2 Fitness is a one-bench operation. There is no warehouse, no showroom, no container of imported pallets, just the van and whatever came out of somebody’s garage that week
Every machine is photographed on the same bench, under the same light, before it earns a price.
Where they come from
Stock mostly arrives from the Australian community. People who bought a rower in 2020 and stopped using it, gyms refreshing their floor, CrossFit boxes that have moved on to something else. We ask how many metres a machine has done, look at the photographs the way a buyer would, and if it is not worth refurbishing we say so and walk away.
What happens on the bench
Chain degreased and re-oiled. Flywheel cage opened and cleared. Seat rollers, monorail and straps checked. Damper tested through every setting. PM5 paired and verified. Every machine does a real session before it is listed, because if it cannot hold a number it does not get a price.We are not a marketplace and we are not a broker. The machine in the photo is the machine that turns up.
Three things we will not do.
Sell a clone
Genuine Concept 2 only. If it is not the real thing it does not come in the door, and we can tell.
Hide the wear
Every mark that matters gets photographed. A listing that looks too clean usually is too clean to be true.
Say “refurbished” and mean “wiped”
We replace what is worn. A machine that only got a cloth is a machine we have not finished.
